Jim has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years and started Deep Blue Air more than a decade ago. For many years, he worked for one of the area’s largest home builders. He served on the board of the Cape Coral Construction Industry for several years. He is well known throughout the community with a long history of being involved with his children in their sporting events and knows someone at every ball field in Southwest Florida. Although he loves the outdoors, he likes to be sure the house is nice and cool when he goes inside, hence his passion for air conditioning and comfort. If you really know Jim, you know he is fair, honest, hard-working, and trustworthy and expects the same from the team at Deep Blue Air.
Michelle Miller
Director of Marketing
Michelle has lived in Florida most of her life. After attending the University of Florida and pursuing a career in television as a news reporter, she went back to school to get her meteorology degree. She worked at several television stations forecasting the weather in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area. She holds the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval, and you will find her keeping friends, family, and Deep Blue Air clients up to date on severe weather. In the event of a hurricane, you can follow her posts on the Deep Blue Air Facebook page. Michelle’s passion for the weather makes a great fit when it comes to dealing with temperature, heat, and humidity in Southwest Florida and the challenges of keeping our clients comfortable. Michelle is an avid tennis player and she and her husband, Jim love spending time on the boat, fishing, traveling, and you can always find them cooking in the kitchen with a crowd at the house ready to eat!
Phil Perry

Phil Perry has proudly called Southwest Florida home for many years and has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, mechanical expertise, and dedication to customer service. As General Manager of Deep Blue Air & Water, Phil brings a wealth of hands-on experience and practical knowledge to every aspect of the business. Known for his ability to solve complex problems and find effective solutions, Phil has always had a passion for understanding how things work. His mechanical aptitude, combined with his commitment to doing the job right, helps ensure that every customer receives honest recommendations and quality service. When he's not helping customers stay comfortable, Phil enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing Southwest Florida's beautiful waters, and making memories with his two children. As a father and community member, he understands the importance of having a reliable, comfortable home and treats every customer with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family. Ben Askew

Ben grew up in Sandersville, a small town in Georgia. Ben and his brother were raised by their mother and grandparents. Ben spent a few years in junior college studying sports medicine and playing collegiate baseball. After college, Ben was a certified personal trainer. A graduate of Florida Academy HVAC school, Ben holds many certifications within the industry. Ben and his wife, Anne, have been together for over a decade. He enjoys fishing, hunting, sipping on Scotch and is a huge Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs fan.
